Theresa Morgan is vice president of Service & Quality for CORESTAFF Services, and her staffing and human resources experience spans almost 20 years. A Business Administration graduate of the University of Houston, Morgan owned and managed her own staffing firm, Real Personnel. She trained and developed temporary workers for clients that included Exxon, Mobil, Coca Cola and Boeing. In 1994, Morgan joined Talent Tree Personnel as director of training where she initiated a $1 million multimedia training program. She joined CORESTAFF Services as a vice president in 1997 and now leads a team that enhances and audits the quality process for CORESTAFF nationwide. She also oversees large account implementation, skill marketing initiatives, Internet recruiting programs and operational support for the branch network. Morgan is based in Houston, Texas.
